The Green Diamond monitors energy and controls devices at the edge of the network.   The base system connects to EV chargers. lighting, HVACs,  batteries, thermostats, and other energy devices via Ethernet or wireless.  The green diamond also interfaces with multiple other types of sensors and actuators.   Multiple devices at the same location can be conrolled by a single Green Diamond.   The Green Diamond manages charge sessions and optimizes the charge levels based on policies optimal for the energy provider and end customer.
